Weekly Geek #10 ~ Magazines

This week’s Weekly Geeks theme is to talk about the magazines we read. In order to get you started, I prepared a little magazines meme, but feel free to take it further if you want. I also think it’d be great if you displayed images of the covers of your favorite magazines.

For each magazine you want to talk about, here are a few questions. Answer as many or as few as you want.

1. Name of magazine. People
2. Do you subscribe or just buy it now and then? Subscribe
3. What’s your favorite regular feature in the magazine? The book reviews
4. What do you think your interest in this magazine says about you? That I like reading about current stories, but like the "fun" aspect of them.
5. How long have you been reading this magazine? For as long as I can remember
6. Is there any unique or quirky aspect to the magazine that keeps you reading? Nope, I just love the magazine!

Hi Lori, I subscribe to about 20 magazines... apparently I have a weakness for those "one full year for only $15" ads.

I've picked up single issues at airports (Everyday with Rachel Ray), then been disappointed with my subscription and will let it run out.

I try to 'recycle' by sharing the magazine issues with friends and neighbors; they end up in the paper recycling bin when we're done. I don't save/store any back issues of any magazine.
